As a Permanent Senior Human Resources Business Partner, you will be a vital part of our legal firm, playing a key role in shaping our workforce strategy. You will work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with our business objectives. This is a high-impact role where you will have the opportunity to influence the direction of the organization, manage talent and succession planning, oversee performance management, and ensure HR compliance. This position requires a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of HR practices and a proven track record in a global context.

Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement global HR strategies that align with business objectives.
- Manage talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies to ensure a high-performing and engaged workforce.
- Lead organizational design efforts to optimize our global workforce and meet business needs.
- Oversee succession planning and performance management processes to foster career growth and enhance productivity.
- Ensure HR compliance with all local, national, and international laws and regulations.
- Manage payroll, compensation, and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
- Leverage HRIS technology (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM) to streamline HR processes and generate meaningful insights.
- Handle employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to managers and employees.
- Serve as a strategic partner to the business, using your business acumen to link HR initiatives to business outcomes.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HRBP or Global HR Manager role.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing global HR strategies.
- Deep understanding of talent management, organizational design, succession planning, and performance management.
- Solid knowledge of HR compliance, payroll management, compensation, and benefits.
- Proficiency in HRIS technology, including Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, and Oracle HCM.
- Certifications such as SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or PHR are preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of employment and labor law.
- Strong business acumen and ability to serve as a strategic partner to the business.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage employee relations and drive employee engagement.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field. Advanced degree or HR certification preferred.
