Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement global HR strategies that align with business objectives.
• Manage talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies to ensure a high-performing and engaged workforce.
• Lead organizational design efforts to optimize our global workforce and meet business needs.
• Oversee succession planning and performance management processes to foster career growth and enhance productivity.
• Ensure HR compliance with all local, national, and international laws and regulations.
• Manage payroll, compensation, and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
• Leverage HRIS technology (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM) to streamline HR processes and generate meaningful insights.
• Handle employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to managers and employees.
• Serve as a strategic partner to the business, using your business acumen to link HR initiatives to business outcomes.
  
  

Qualifications

• 10+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HRBP or Global HR Manager role.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing global HR strategies.
• Deep understanding of talent management, organizational design, succession planning, and performance management.
• Solid knowledge of HR compliance, payroll management, compensation, and benefits.
• Proficiency in HRIS technology, including Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, and Oracle HCM.
• Certifications such as SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or PHR are preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of employment and labor law.
• Strong business acumen and ability to serve as a strategic partner to the business.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage employee relations and drive employee engagement.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field. Advanced degree or HR certification preferred.
