About the role

Responsibilities

• Partner with the global HRBP team on talent management, organizational challenges, performance optimization, organizational design, talent assessment, employee relations, change management, and leadership coaching.
• Analyze HR metrics and share insights during quarterly business review sessions.
• Support and execute programs related to employee engagement, career development, succession planning, performance assessments, compensation, recruiting, and retention.
• Collaborate with recruiting on program implementation, internships, and campaigns.
• Resolve complex employee relations issues and partner with managers on performance management.
• Provide guidance on HR policies and support workforce and succession planning.
• Identify training needs and participate in the evaluation of training programs.
• Host informational sessions on new initiatives and work onsite at our Bellevue office at least 3 days/week.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of client-facing HR experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• Coaching and consulting skills; PHR or SPHR certification required; PHR CA preferred.
• Strong business acumen and ability to handle confidential information with care.
• Experience in high-growth or startup environments is desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% and flexibility with work hours due to global team meetings.

Compensation

Salary range: Min $160,000 - Max $180,000 USD annually. Compensation includes base salary, annual bonus, and equity components, with pay varying based on experience and location.
