In this role, you will partner with business teams and HR Business Partners across the enterprise to enable change within the business in a compliant and accelerated timeframe. By joining our HR Business Expansion Office, you will have an immediate impact on the business by participating in key business line expansion initiatives and driving human resources projects related to our exciting growth. The ideal candidate will have a passion for solving sophisticated problems, thrive in a matrixed environment, be able to communicate effectively with internal and external partners, and demonstrate proven results in delivering large-scale programs.
