Account Director (Enterprise & Mid-Market)
  • Full-time

Responsibilities:
  1. Create detailed business plans to attain goals and quotas
  2. Cultivate new client relationships and nurture existing ones
  3. Communicate knowledge of the demand generation landscape to clients and how we can help achieve their goals
  4. Collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure client success and satisfaction
  5. Negotiate agreements and maintain sales records and data
  6. Accurately forecast revenue and meet sales targets
Minimum Requirements:
  1. 2-5+ years of successful experience selling B2B digital marketing solutions
  2. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  3. Experience in identifying stakeholders within Enterprise and Mid-Market technology organizations and closing large programs
  4. Consultative selling style with strong follow-up skills
  5. Positive attitude and passion for thriving in a winning environment
  6. Knowledge of Salesforce CRM is a plus
