Uline, a family-owned North American leader in shipping, packaging and industrial supplies, seeks a Senior Human Resources Analyst at its Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, WI. You will turn workforce data into strategic recommendations that guide recruitment, retention and workforce planning across North America.

Expect to lead analytics projects, build dashboards in Power BI and Workday, and partner with HR and leaders to shape data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics or a related field preferred.
• 4+ years of experience analyzing workforce, HR or business data.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SQL.
• Knowledge in Python or database management is a plus.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Human Resource Information Systems preferred.
