Position Details:

  • Salary: $100-$120K (based on experience/qualifications)
  • Type: Full-time, Salaried

Application Instructions:

Role Responsibilities:

  • Support HR Director in various functions including benefits, policies, and compliance
  • Manage benefits programs (medical, dental, vision, life, 401k, voluntary plans)
  • Oversee benefits renewal negotiations and process improvements
  • Assist in succession planning and leadership transition
  • Develop and facilitate training programs
  • Coach HR team and ensure best practices
  • Coordinate performance appraisals and employee development
  • Investigate employee disputes and ensure confidentiality
  • Manage 401k plan audits and open enrollments
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state reports (EEO-1, CA Pay Data, Veterans Report)
  • Administer FMLA/LOA processes and compliance
