Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in HF, HCI, cognitive science, biomedical engineering or related field.
• Master's or PhD degree preferred.
• 5+ years in human factors with 3+ years in medical devices.
• Strong written and verbal technical communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

• Author, review, and edit HF documentation including protocols, reports, and risk analyses.
• Support improvements to HF practices and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate use-related risks and controls.
• Ensure HF process aligns with FDA guidance and IEC-62366/HE75 standards.
• Provide inputs on human capabilities and product interactions for design verification/validation.
• Plan and conduct formative and summative usability studies.
• Contribute to risk analyses and product use requirements.
