Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' work experience in human factors/usability engineering for medical devices.
• Proficient in human factors engineering processes including research, planning, risk assessment, user interface requirements, and regulatory submissions.
• Ability to negotiate with stakeholders and guide cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the vision and delivery of HF workstreams for the OTTAVA Robotic Surgical System.
• Lead usability strategies from concept through post-market—across multiple programs.
• Collaborate with R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Engineering, Quality Engineering and Marketing to ensure user-centered design.
