Job summary

Kasama is seeking a highly technical Senior HubSpot Developer to own the marketing automation ecosystem, focusing on the Salesforce–HubSpot integration and data flow. You will steer data consistency and drive personalized, high-volume email communications that nurture leads and revenue.

You will architect complex automations, build custom HubSpot solutions with HubL, HTML, CSS, and APIs, and ensure data hygiene across CRM and MAP ecosystems for scalable campaigns.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in a technical HubSpot development role with marketing automation.
• Strong Salesforce architecture knowledge and data mapping to HubSpot.
• Deep knowledge of HubSpot Marketing Hub, CRM, CMS, workflows, and APIs.
• Proficiency in HubL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Experience building advanced workflows, lead scoring, and segmentation.

Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain bi-directional Salesforce–HubSpot integration.
• Develop complex automated email journeys and audience segmentation.
• Create custom solutions using HubSpot APIs and HubL.
• Ensure data quality via object mapping and deduplication.
• Code emails and landing pages with HTML/CSS and HubL.
• Analyze campaign metrics and optimize ROI.
• Troubleshoot API connectors, workflows, or data sync issues.
