Job summary

RSA Security is seeking an experienced Salesforce developer to design and implement CRM solutions across Sales Cloud, CPQ, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. The role includes HubSpot integrations, marketing automation, and ongoing platform optimization.

You will partner with business and technical teams in a fully remote environment to deliver scalable CRM enhancements, ensure data quality, and promote best practices through code reviews and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IS, or equivalent.
• 5+ years Salesforce development with Apex and LWC.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Apex and LWC.
• Configure Salesforce Clouds (Sales Cloud, CPQ, Experience Cloud) and HubSpot integrations.
• Support HubSpot administration, workflows, forms, and marketing automation.
• Collaborate with business and tech teams to implement CRM solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and enforce Salesforce best practices.
• Handle ongoing Salesforce admin tasks: user management, data quality, reporting.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement sustainable CRM fixes.
• Work in an Agile environment with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Contribute to CRM modernization using automation, AI features.
• Create and maintain technical docs and solution designs.
• Stay current with Salesforce and HubSpot releases.

Job description

Principal Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flows
• Configure, customize, and support Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ, Experience Cloud, and other platform capabilities.
• Support the administration, configuration, and ongoing enhancement of HubSpot, including integrations, workflows, forms, and marketing automation.
• Work with business and technical teams to understand requirements and implement effective solutions within the Salesforce platform
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the enforcement of Salesforce development best practices
• Support ongoing Salesforce administration tasks including configuration, user management, data quality, and reporting
• Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions across the CRM ecosystem.
• Collaborate effectively with other developers, administrators, and business stakeholders in an Agile environment
• Contribute to CRM modernization initiatives by leveraging automation, AI capabilities, and emerging Salesforce and HubSpot features.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, solution designs, and support documentation.
• Stay current with Salesforce and HubSpot platform releases, new capabilities, and industry best practices.

Skills:

• Experience developing and supporting Salesforce Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or other Salesforce Cloud applications, including setup, theming, and user access controls
• Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, middleware, or integration platforms.
• Working knowledge of HubSpot administration, APIs, workflows, or marketing automation, or the ability to quickly learn and support HubSpot.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce administrative features such as profiles, roles, flows, validation rules, and page layouts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate across functions
• Experience working in an Agile or Scrum environment
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote work setting

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with strong proficiency in Apex and Lightning Web Components
