Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking an Integration Architect for Healthcare Technology Management in Boston. You will design and implement enterprise data integrations across HTM systems, vendor platforms, and remote monitoring, ensuring data integrity and security.

Lead complex integrations, drive architecture compliance, and partner with security and clinical engineering to enable scalable, auditable, and compliant data ecosystems across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Health Informatics, Engineering required; Master’s preferred.
• Seven or more years of experience in systems integration, data architecture, and enterprise integration in healthcare environments required.
• Experience integrating CMMS, EAM, clinical, operational healthcare, vendor-hosted, or medical-technology systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define data flows, system interfaces, integration patterns, and technical specs aligned with BIS standards.
• Lead enterprise integrations between HTM systems, vendor systems, remote monitoring, and enterprise apps.
• Sunset legacy HTM databases and migrate data to ServiceNow/Nuvolo.
• Design data conversions and ingestion pipelines with data integrity and traceability.
• Develop API-based integrations, flat-file imports, and automated feeds for HTM ops and compliance.
