Ferrovial Construction is seeking a senior leader to drive Health, Safety & Wellbeing (HSW) across projects, ensuring compliance and strategic alignment with Ferrovial’s global standards. You will guide policy execution, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance safety culture and performance.

This role emphasizes leadership, stakeholder engagement, budgeting, and the delivery of an annual HSW plan within a large, diversified infrastructure group.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee Health, Safety and Wellbeing policies and protocols within the department.
• Lead the Health, Safety and Wellbeing strategy formation and implementation with resource optimization.
• Develop and shape Group strategy applying HSW expertise to support the strategy formation process.
• Provide expert HSW advice to project teams and senior leaders and ensure effective implementation.
• Develop and implement the HSW annual plan and ensure compliance across departments.
• Oversee HSW audit programs, risk assessments, inspections and regulatory adherence.
• Manage budgeting for the HSW department and optimize resource allocation.
• Supervise insights and reporting for HSW initiatives to inform decisions.
• Represent Ferrovial in industry forums and engage key stakeholders to support business goals.
• Develop internal HSW plans and collaborate to improve cross-area relations and regulatory understanding.
• Drive capability building through development plans and coaching within the HSW area.
• Lead leadership direction to implement the area’s strategy and align with Ferrovial’s values.
