NextDecade Corporation in Houston, TX is seeking a Senior Analyst, HSSE & Sustainability Reporting who will aggregate and validate data across HSSE, sustainability and ESG programs, and translate findings into actionable insights for leadership.

The role partners with corporate, project and site teams to improve data quality, develop dashboards and reports, and support governance and regulatory reporting while advancing consistent HSSE practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, environmental science, sustainability, IT, CS, MIS, or related field.
• 8+ years of relevant professional experience or 5+ with master’s degree.
• Working knowledge of HSSE&S regulations and reporting practices.

Responsabilités

• Collect, validate, analyze, and maintain HSSE, sustainability, and ESG data from multiple sources.
• Develop dashboards, scorecards, reports communicating performance trends, risks, and opportunities.
