Job summary

ENFRA LLC is seeking a Senior HSE Specialist to oversee project safety, coordinate safety efforts, and communicate conditions to HSE leadership. The role supports a safe, healthy work environment across projects and requires strong field safety expertise.

The candidate will participate in safety training, perform daily inspections, and help develop safety plans while ensuring regulatory compliance and effective reporting.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of construction experience.
• 3 years of experience as an on-site safety person.
• OSHA 30hr card for the Construction Industry.
• Certifications: CSP, ASP, CHST, OHST, IOSH, STS-C or Bachelor’s in EHS or related field.

Responsibilities

• Participates in developing and conducting field safety orientation training.
• Daily inspection of machinery, equipment, and working conditions for compliance with safety regulations.
• Observe workers for proper use of PPE (glasses, helmets, goggles, respirators, clothing).
• Inspect areas for fire-protection equipment, first-aid supplies, and safety devices.
• Test areas for hazard exposures (noise, toxic) using testing equipment.
• Prepare daily safety reports with corrective action recommendations.
• Investigate accidents to determine root cause and preventive measures.
• Assist in developing JSA, SHMP, and PSSP; conduct weekly safety meetings.
• Demonstrate equipment usage and conduct safety training.
