Job summary

ENFRA is seeking an HSE Specialist to support project safety supervision and health program administration across active sites in the United States. You will coordinate safety efforts, train workers, and communicate safety conditions to the HSE Manager and site supervision.

Qualifications

• 5 years of construction experience.
• 1 year of on-site safety experience.
• OSHA 30hr card for the Construction Industry.
• Completed First Aid, CPR, and AED training.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and hazard control.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiar with industry competitors and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assists in developing field safety orientation training.
• Daily inspection of machinery and working conditions for compliance.
• Ensure proper use of safety gear (glasses, helmets, PPE).
• Inspect fire-prevention equipment and first-aid supplies.
• Test areas for hazards to recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare daily safety reports with recommendations.
• Investigate accidents per procedures to find root causes.
• Assist in developing SHMP and project safety plans.
• Conduct weekly safety meetings and safety training.
