You will manage cross-functional projects, develop policies, and coach teams to uphold health and safety standards. The role requires experience with HSE management systems, regulatory compliance, and project management, with a focus on continuous improvement and effective stakeholder engagement.

Formación

• Degree in Occupational Health, Safety or Environmental field preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience with team leadership and project management.
• Experience with Industrial Safety Standards preferred.
• Lead cross-functional HSE improvement projects across Operations, Engineering, Materials, Maintenance, Facilities, and Quality.

Responsabilidades

• Lead health, safety, and environmental initiatives with cross-functional teams to promote a strong safety culture and regulatory compliance.
• Analyze hazard assessments, environmental aspects, risk evaluations, audit findings, and metrics to identify risks and improvements.
• Develop, manage, and implement HSE projects with plans, timelines, budgets, and success metrics.
• Track progress, manage risks, and resolve issues to deliver HSE objectives.
• Apply PDCA to reduce risks and improve site performance.
• Develop and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and training materials with document control and privacy compliance.
• Lead training sessions and coach employees on HSE processes.
• Support HSE management systems through audits, compliance activities, and best practices.
