Job summary

Aleron seeks an HSE Specialist III in Briggs, TX to lead environmental, health, safety, and Process Safety Management for GSE, propulsion test systems, and test operations. This senior role provides technical guidance and mentors junior staff within a fast-paced test environment.

You will drive regulatory compliance, risk reduction, and continuous improvement across test stands and support systems, collaborating with engineering, operations, and facilities teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in OH&S, Environmental Science, or Engineering.
• 5+ years progressive HSE experience in high-hazard industrial, aerospace, chemical processing, or energy ops.
• 3+ years PSM experience in propulsion-related operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and improvement of enterprise HSE and PSM programs.
• Serve as senior HSE SME for high-risk aerospace operations involving propulsion systems.
• Manage OSHA PSM elements and facilitate PHAs/HAZOPs/LOPA.
• Lead incident investigations and corrective action programs.
• Develop and maintain PSM documentation and support PSSR.
