Job summary

Brown & Root Industrial Services seeks an experienced HSE Manager to lead health, safety, and environmental programs across maintenance and construction sites in Indianapolis. You will oversee training, incident investigations, audits, and regulatory compliance.

This role requires seasoned leadership, deep HSE knowledge, and the ability to coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to sustain safe, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of direct related HSE experience.
• 3–5 years of supervision experience in fast-paced maintenance/construction.
• ASP and/or CSP or equivalent certifications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery of HSE products and services to operations and shared services.
• Interface with regulatory bodies, clients and subcontractors.
• Lead training, report writing, quality control, plan development and implementation.
• Promote health standards and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
• Conduct safety audits and incident investigations; drive continuous improvement.
