Terberg Taylor Americas is seeking a Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Officer to lead safety programs in a manufacturing setting. You will develop policies, conduct inspections, manage OSHA compliance, and drive continuous improvement across safety and environmental initiatives.

You will partner with management and employees to minimize risk, maintain regulatory permits, and deliver training on hazard communication, PPE, lockout/tagout, and emergency response.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Safety, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of HSE experience in manufacturing/industrial environment.
• Experience managing OSHA compliance programs.
• Experience using SharePoint and electronic document management systems.
• Experience delivering forklift and overhead crane operator training.

Responsabilités

• Promote and support a positive safety culture throughout the organization.
• Develop, implement, maintain, and continuously improve health, safety, and environmental policies, programs, and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, environmental regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.
• Conduct workplace inspections, audits, risk assessments, and hazard analyses to identify and mitigate potential safety concerns.
• Develop and implement corrective and preventive action plans for identified hazards and compliance issues.
• Monitor facility compliance with safety regulations, permits, and environmental requirements.
