AmerCable in El Dorado, Arkansas is seeking a Senior HSE Specialist to lead health, safety, and environmental programs across site operations, embedding regulatory compliance and an incident-free culture.

You will investigate incidents, lead risk assessments, manage permits, and partner with leadership to drive continuous improvement using Velocity, SharePoint, and MS Teams.

The role emphasizes coaching, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement to ensure safe operations and ESG initiatives.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• 7 to 10 years of Health, Safety, and Environmental experience.
• Professional certifications such as CHMM, ASP, CSP, CIH or equivalent HSE credential.
• Strong experience supporting manufacturing or industrial operations.
• Demonstrated expertise in incident investigation, root cause analysis, regulatory compliance, environmental compliance, industrial hygiene, risk assessment, and HSE management systems.
• Ability to travel as needed.
