Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in safety, engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 8+ years of related HSE experience with construction safety and risk management.
• Experience with high energy exposure, Life Critical Standards, and audits/assurance.

Responsibilities

• Support critical risk strategy by identifying and prioritizing exposures with life-threatening potential.
• Partner with Construction HSE Directors and project teams to improve field execution and safety leadership.
• Utilize incident data and leading indicators to identify risks and drive improvements.
• Evaluate HSE programs to ensure effective risk control and desired outcomes.
