Job summary

Cudd Energy Services is seeking a Field HSE Supervisor to lead our on-site health, safety and environmental program across assigned districts. You will supervise CES Field HSE Representatives, conduct site inspections, and ensure rigorous CAPA processes to improve safety performance.

You will investigate workplace incidents, implement corrective actions, and coordinate emergency readiness activities while ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and CES standards.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in HSE programs.
• Experience conducting inspections and audits.
• Experience conducting incident investigations and applying CAPA.
• Knowledge of environmental and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate CES Field HSE Representatives to provide well-site support on jobs.
• Lead regular inspections and audits and ensure CAPA is implemented.
• Conduct incident investigations, determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate emergency preparedness activities and train staff.
• Ensure location activities comply with laws, regulations and CES standards.
• Maintain HSE reporting and training to meet targets.
