The position is about 60% shop floor/field-based and 40% office-based, requiring active risk assessment, incident support, reporting, and training coordination to promote a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Safety, Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical or related field.
• Previous experience in HSE, EHS, manufacturing, or similar environment.
• OSHA training and/or certifications preferred.
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and general industrial safety practices.
• Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to analyze information, identify trends, and implement improvements.

Responsibilities

• Spend ~60% on shop floor/field operations observing and engaging with employees.
• Promote compliance with HSE requirements and OSHA standards.
• Identify unsafe conditions and collaborate on corrective actions.
• Prepare HSE reports, dashboards, and management communications.
• Support incident investigations and root cause analyses.
• Assist with HSE training and awareness campaigns.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to improve safety processes.
