Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Safety, or related field.
• Experience in HSE, manufacturing, or industrial operations preferred.
• OSHA training and/or OSHA certifications preferred.
• Strong Excel data analysis and reporting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Spend ~60% on shop floor observing operations and engaging with staff.
• Promote compliance with HSE requirements and OSHA standards.
• Identify unsafe conditions and collaborate to implement actions.
• Investigate incidents and support root cause analyses.
• Prepare HSE reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Assist with HSE training and awareness campaigns.
• Maintain documentation and records; collaborate across departments.
• Monitor HSE metrics and action items.
