Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC seeks an HRSG Superintendent for a major gas-fired CCGT project in Cheyenne, Wyoming. You will lead mechanical construction activities focused on HRSG erection, directing craft labor and subcontractors to meet safety, quality, and schedule goals.

You will collaborate with engineering, construction management, and project controls to resolve issues, control costs, and ensure resources and equipment are available for efficient execution. Relocation is not required.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering a combined cycle power plant as Field Superintendent.
• Strong leadership and coordination with subcontractors and craft personnel.
• Knowledge of HRSG erection and associated welding/NDE requirements.
• Understanding of industry codes and field safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead craft labor and subcontractor teams to execute safe, efficient daily work.
• Develop and monitor look-ahead scheduling and ensure resource availability.
• Oversee subcontracts, progress reporting, and cost/schedule performance.
• Resolve constructability issues with engineering and field teams.
• Enforce project procedures, QA/QC, and safety standards on site.
