What We Do
The HRIS Workday Functional Analyst supports system setup and workflows across Workday modules. Responsibilities include partnering with HR experts, IT, and third parties to understand and document business requirements, leading process mapping, applying technical expertise for configuration, and ensuring system settings and integrations meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Serve as subject matter expert on Workday configurations, security, and administration.
2. Facilitate meetings to determine business needs and conduct feasibility studies.
3. Research Workday features to meet business requirements.
4. Perform Fit/Gap Analysis.
5. Define mass uploads and troubleshoot data issues.
6. Manage user security access and testing.
7. Provide application support and respond to escalations.
8. Support data integrity, prepare test scripts, and lead user testing.
9. Review audit reports and resolve complex issues.
10. Coordinate with vendors and IT for system issues.
11. Ensure compliance with SOX controls and support data audits.
12. Mentor junior team members as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of HR experience, with Workday HRMS experience required.
• Strong knowledge of Workday configurations, integrations, and modules like Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, and Benefits (preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Office and Visio.
• Project management and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt and learn new systems quickly.

Additional Information

• Role is remote possible.
• Pay Range: $95,400 - $127,150 annually.
