Qualifications

• Minimum 4-5 years of experience as an HR Professional, HRIS or HR Generalist with strong focus on systems implementation and support.
• One to two years of project management experience preferred.
• Solid interpersonal skills and a customer service attitude.
• Able to work in a fast-paced setting and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of HRIS modules.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for HRIS-related projects.
• Partner with HR and IT to translate business needs into solutions.
• Maintain system data integrity through audits and regular checks.
• Document system processes and workflows for internal stakeholders.
