Job summary

Qualifications

• Three years payroll-related experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare payroll items and reports for the district.
• Calculate wages, hours worked, overtime, withholdings, deductions and net pay.
• Prepare paychecks and payroll history.
• Post payroll changes including time clock logs, salary changes and terminations.
• Maintain confidentiality of payroll information.
