Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Manager, HRIS Data Strategy & Security within the ES Office of Data. Lead data programs, HRIS security, and governance across Workday and connected systems for the Global Employee Success operations.

You will shape the technology operations roadmap, balance BAU with strategic delivery, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive trust and innovation in HR data management.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive HRIS/data Strategy experience with scalable programs.
• Deep Workday expertise including security admin, EIBs, governance.
• HRIS security leadership with SOX and audit readiness experience.
• Technical program management of cross-functional tech programs.
• Data strategy for large HR programs with high accuracy requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead HRIS data strategy and governance across Workday and connected systems.
• Own security strategy, access governance, and audit remediation with teams.
• Drive data program roadmap and prioritization balancing BAU and projects.
• Partner with ES Product Management and IT to enable scalable data solutions.
