Triversity Construction in Cincinnati, OH is seeking an HRIS & Benefits Senior Specialist to own the UKG Ready HR tech ecosystem, benefits administration, and policy governance. You’ll partner with Payroll and HR to ensure data integrity and a superior employee experience across the lifecycle.

This in-office role requires strong HRIS/UKG Ready expertise, benefits leadership, open enrollment management, and meticulous attention to compliance and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree required; equivalency considered.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience with HRIS, benefits, and leave of absence programs.
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as system administrator for UKG Ready and ATS; manage configuration, workflows, security roles, data integrity, upgrades, and vendor support.
• Oversee HRIS reporting, integrations, audits, testing; partner with IT and stakeholders to ensure accurate data and payroll connections.
• Own end-to-end HR processes: lifecycle workflows, open enrollment builds, approvals, self-service; develop training/docs for user adoption.
• Administer health, welfare, and wellness programs; manage vendor relationships, renewals, design, and cost management; drive employee engagement.
• Lead annual open enrollment and address benefits questions; ensure effective communications and system configuration.
• Manage leave of absence programs (FMLA, ADA, disability, personal leave) with compliance and proper notices.
