Job summary

Addison Group in Nashville, TN is seeking a Senior HRIS Specialist to lead HR process management, HRIS administration, reporting, analytics, and benefits support. This role combines hands-on HR data work with system optimization to improve efficiency and data integrity.

You will partner with HR and business stakeholders to ensure HR systems align with processes, support compliance, and deliver accurate insights for leadership and payroll teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, IS, or related field.
• 5–7 years in HR operations, HRIS, or data-focused HR.
• Hands-on HR data, reporting, audits, and workforce metrics.
• UKG Pro and/or UKG Workforce Management experience preferred.
• Experience with Cognos Analytics and Power BI.
• Advanced Excel skills for analysis of large datasets.
• Strong data integrity and reporting requirements.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with HR, payroll, benefits and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage and improve HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Identify issues, streamline workflows, and address compliance concerns.
• Maintain HRIS/workforce systems for accurate data.
• Create, test, and troubleshoot HR reports and dashboards.
• Provide HR data support for operations, payroll, and leadership.
• Support compliance and audit reporting (EEO/ACA).
• Assist benefits enrollment and open enrollment activities.
• Perform benefits data analysis and reconciliations.
• Validate data shared with carriers and external partners.
• Maintain documentation of HR processes and procedures.
