Southland Industries is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to lead the Workday HCM implementation and ongoing optimization. You will partner with HR and IT to drive system enhancements, manage configurations, and support post-go-live stabilization.
Strong Workday Core HCM expertise and leadership in HR technology are essential. You will administer Workday, manage user access, data integrity, and security, and provide end-user training to promote efficient usage.
We are looking for a Senior HRIS Analyst to join our HR team and be on the ground floor for the implementation and launch of Workday HCM. In this role, you will support implementation efforts, drive ongoing systems improvements, and troubleshoot application issues. You will collaborate with HR, IT, and other internal partners to enhance system functionality and improve the overall user experience across HR technology platforms. Expertise specifically in Workday Core HCM required.

Final pay is determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. For (Colorado/New York City/California/Washington/Maryland/Virginia/DC) this ranges from $110,000.00 – $130,000.00 plus annual incentive, benefits, and retirement program as outlined above.
