PagerDuty in Atlanta is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to lead Workday design, configuration, and administration, including Core HCM, Compensation, Onboarding, Benefits, Payroll, and security, with a focus on AI-enabled capabilities.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to implement AI-enabled features, drive adoption, ensure data integrity, and stay current with Workday updates. The role is hybrid in Atlanta with a base salary range of 114,000–191,400 USD and potential for bonus/equity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Workday experience.
• Proficient with all Workday modules.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, growth-focused company.
• Experience using AI tools to improve personal or team productivity (e.g., automating reporting, documentation, or testing) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain Workday modules (Core HCM, Compensation, Onboarding, Benefits, Payroll, Security), research issues, and propose solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to streamline processes and drive adoption of new functionality.
• Lead review, testing, and rollout of Workday feature releases, evaluating AI-powered capabilities for fit.
• Configure and deliver AI-enabled features in Workday, moving AI products from pilot to production.
• Apply AI tools to data analysis, documentation, testing, and reporting to boost efficiency.
• Coordinate with Security, Legal, and IT on AI governance and data privacy controls.
• Maintain data integrity across systems by audits and data correction.
• Engage with the Workday community to stay current on updates and AI capabilities.
