Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst specializing in SuccessFactors to join our team in Chicago. You will partner with HR and business leads to analyze processes, design configurations, and deploy enhancements that improve talent and payroll workflows.

You will gather requirements, document specifications, test changes, and support upgrades across SF modules. Strong data imports, integration center, and UAT experience are essential to deliver reliable HRIS solutions for North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years configuring and supporting SuccessFactors Employee Central or Compensation.
• Experience with additional SF modules is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR functions and business leads to identify enhancements and maintenance opportunities.
• Gather requirements, design, configure, test, and deploy changes to the SuccessFactors solution.
• Provide SME support and training on various SF modules to users.
• Evaluate enhancements and fixes for upgrades and coordinate testing and validation.
• Support SF integrations with 3rd party systems using SF integration technologies.
