Campbell's in Camden, NJ is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to serve as a trusted advisor to the Chief Transformation Officer’s leadership team, driving organizational effectiveness, talent strategy, leadership development, employee engagement, and workforce planning while supporting Campbell's transformation agenda.

This hybrid role leads key HR initiatives across Centers of Excellence, partnering with Talent, Total Rewards, Employee Relations, Learning, and Change Management to enable

Qualifications

• BS in Human Resources or related field.
• 8+ years of relevant HR experience, preferably as a business partner or talent partner.
• Experience in a generalist HR capacity.
• Strong HR functional skills across transactional and strategic areas, including change management, organization development, organization design, and resource allocation.
• Ability to coach leaders on performance and development, and navigate change in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR advisor to Transformation Office and IT leaders, aligning people strategies with business priorities.
• Act as a coach and partner to leaders, advising on organizational implications of decisions and strategy.
• Partner with leaders to build high-performing teams and drive accountability, engagement, and results.
• Provide guidance on organization design, workforce planning, and operating model effectiveness.
• Lead talent reviews, succession planning, performance management, and leadership development processes.
• Develop retention and engagement strategies for critical talent and key roles.
