Job summary

C&S Wholesale Grocers in Keene, NH is seeking a Manager, HR Business Partner to provide strategic HR support across facilities. You will partner with operations leaders, coach leaders on talent development, and drive HR initiatives including succession planning, workforce planning, performance management, and salary reviews.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
• Ability to influence leaders and build credibility.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Strong project management, analytical and organizational abilities.
• Ability to use data to inform insights and decisions.
• Experience supporting hourly employee client groups.
• Experience in call center, distribution center, or manufacturing environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and implement HR programs aligned with business objectives.
• Partner with Facility Operations leaders as trusted advisor on people and capability implications.
• Coach leaders on talent development and performance management.
• Drive HR initiatives: talent management, training, succession planning, workforce planning, performance reviews, and salary reviews.
• Develop workforce strategies and align them with HR objectives.
• Collaborate with COEs and HR Shared Services to execute HR strategy.
• Support Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives locally.
