Qualifications

• 15-20+ years of HRBP or related HR experience in high-growth tech, particularly R&D, Engineering, or Product organizations.
• 5+ years leading and developing HR teams with a focus on coaching.
• Extensive experience partnering with senior leaders on critical decisions.
• Proven capability guiding organizations through significant structural and strategic change.
• Deep expertise in org design, performance management, and leadership development with data literacy.
• Sound judgment on when to challenge and when to support leadership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HRBP for the R&D organization, supporting VP+ leaders.
• Provide candid advice on structuring teams and addressing leadership challenges.
• Collaborate to navigate and implement AI-driven changes within R&D.
• Develop talent strategies that align with business goals and support scalability.
• Utilize data analytics to identify trends and inform people decisions.
• Build and mentor a team of HRBPs, setting high performance standards.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaborations to streamline HR processes.
