Job summary

Hyundai AutoEver America is hiring an experienced HR Business Partner Manager in West Point, GA. This role partners with business leaders to shape practical people strategies, strengthen leadership effectiveness, and support growth, blending strategic consultation with hands-on execution.

Responsibilities span workforce planning, talent management, change management, and compensation guidance, with broad cross-functional HR collaboration to drive organizational health and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
• 10–12 years of progressive HR experience including strong HRBP/People Partner background.
• Proven ability to influence leaders, manage complex employee relations, and apply data to decision making.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Business Partnership: align workforce strategies with business priorities and provide guidance on structure and workforce planning.
• Leadership Coaching & Employee Relations: coach leaders on performance, accountability, investigations, policy interpretation, and risk mitigation.
• Talent Management & Organizational Effectiveness: lead talent reviews, succession planning, performance management, and retention initiatives.
• Change Management & HR Initiatives: support restructuring, leadership transitions, growth, and HR projects.
• Compensation, Organization Design & Decision Support: advise on job leveling, structure, promotions, and internal equity.
• HR Data, Analytics & Business Insight: analyze workforce data and present actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Compensation, TA, Benefits, Payroll, HRIS and other HR teams to deliver integrated solutions.
