Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to advise several Directors in the Data & Analytics go-to-market organization within the AWS Specialists & Partners (ASP) organization. This role partners with senior leaders on talent strategy, organizational design, leadership development, and workforce planning in a fast-paced, highly technical sales environment.

You will drive HR programs across performance, compensation, engagement, change management, and inclusion, while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
• Knowledge of local labor law.
• Experience as a human resource generalist.
• Experience with HR theory, functions, and practice, performance appraisal systems and staff development.
• Experience with MS Office tools and HR Information Systems.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and consults on organizational design and management issues, influencing decision-making processes.
• Develops and executes HR life-cycle programs (performance management, compensation cycles, talent management).
• Implements employee engagement strategies to foster a respectful, values-driven environment.
• Drives speed, efficiency, and agility through new processes.
• Leads change management around culture and process evolution.
• Promotes diversity and inclusion in talent attraction, development, and retention.
• Ensures consistent application and improvement of HR programs.
• Collaborates with leaders to manage day-to-day employee relations in line with local law.
• Coordinates recruitment, onboarding and internal mobility initiatives.
