Sharp HealthCare seeks a Senior HR Business Partner for SMMC and STCMC in San Diego. You will serve as a trusted advisor to regional executives, translating system-wide initiatives into disciplined regional execution that supports Sharp's vision of being the best place to work.

In this role you will partner with the Regional HR Director, coach HRBPs, ensure consistent change frameworks, leverage workforce analytics, and drive leadership capability development across multiple entities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 6 years of progressive HR experience.
• SHRM-SCP preferred.
• PHR-CA/SPHR-CA preferred.
• SPHR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Regional HR Director to align vision and execution across entities.
• Coach and develop regional HRBPs and Associate HRBPs.
• Translate data into insights for executive leadership and ROI on people initiatives.
• Lead regional talent strategies including DEIB and retention.
