Based in Buffalo, NY, the position emphasizes Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint, with a focus on automation, security, and scalable HR solutions. A strong background in HR systems and project coordination is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience supporting HRIS platforms, system integrations, automation solutions, or enterprise applications.
• Experience with mergers and acquisitions, system implementations, integrations, or data conversion preferred.
• Demonstrates knowledge of HR technology platforms, system configuration, integrations, and security controls.

Responsibilities

• Manage project plans for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and restructurings; support change management and HR tech integration activities.
• Support internal and external HR system connections with IT and vendors; test plans and issue resolution.
• Design, build, and maintain Power Apps and Power Automate solutions; administer HR SharePoint sites.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, IT, and vendors to implement tech initiatives and integrations.
• Configure and maintain HR system security roles and access workflows.
