Conagra Brands seeks a senior, individual contributor to lead HR technology initiatives across the enterprise, focusing on Workday implementations, automation projects, and complex integrations. You will partner with HR, IT, Employee Experience, and automation teams to shape strategy and drive scalable solutions that enhance the employee experience and support growth.

The role requires expert Workday configuration, cross-system alignment, and a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR management, information systems, or related field with 8+ years experience in HRIS/Workday leadership.
• Expert Workday configuration and solution design across multiple HR domains.
• Proven track record leading large-scale HR technology initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise HR technology initiatives including Workday implementations, automation projects, and integrations from strategy to deployment.
• Provide expert guidance on Workday configuration, integrations, architecture, and cross-system alignment.
• Mentor team members and collaborate with IT, HR, and automation teams to deliver scalable solutions.
