Job summary

Fortive is seeking an HR & AI Systems Architect to shape and modernize Fortive’s HR technology ecosystem across Oracle HCM Cloud, Boomi, ServiceNow HRSD, Eightfold and LMS platforms. This senior leader defines architecture, data flows, and AI integration, collaborating with HR Product Owners and IT to deliver scalable, global solutions.

In this role you will drive API-first design, governance, security posture, and mentor integration teams, ensuring compliance with GDPR/SOC 2/HIPAA across HR

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of progressive experience in HR technology and enterprise systems architecture.
• Must be available to work full U.S. Eastern Time (EST) hours each day.
• Deep expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud, including integrations and configuration across multiple modules.
• Proven experience with Boomi or a similar enterprise integration platform.
• Experience leading or mentoring small technical teams.

Responsibilities

• HR Systems & Platform Architecture: Own end‑to‑end design of Fortive’s HR technology landscape.
• Develop and maintain architectural blueprints, data flow diagrams, and modernization roadmaps.
• Establish design standards, governance frameworks, and best practices across HR tech.
• Integration Architecture & Engineering: Define and drive integration strategy using Boomi as primary middleware.
• Design scalable integration patterns and maintain data integrity, auditability, and compliance.
• AI Solutions & Automation: Identify and deliver AI use cases across HR lifecycle and embed AI in workflows.
• Data Architecture & Governance: Design HR data models and governance with data contracts and privacy controls.
• Stakeholder Leadership: Serve as technical advisor to HR leadership and IT on architecture and AI strategy.
