Job summary

United States Space Force Forces in Chantilly, VA seeks a Chief for Human Capital Operations to lead HR strategy and a team of HR specialists. You will advise senior leadership on hiring, pay-setting, staffing, and AcqDemo classifications, guiding complex personnel actions from promotions to boards.

You will analyze workforce data to forecast needs, collaborate across DoD, Air Force, and Space Force, and manage resources strategically. A Top Secret/SCI clearance is required and travel may occur.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of military and civilian HR management and strategic planning to execute projects.
