Cotton On Group is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to serve as a strategic advisor to leadership, driving people and culture initiatives across corporate, field/store, and distribution teams. The role emphasizes balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution and requires collaboration with leaders to scale growth.

Based in Playa Vista, CA, this hybrid position reports to the Head of HR and involves guiding organizational design, workforce planning, change management, and HR program

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience across talent management, compensation, benefits, employee relations, and compliance.
• Retail store operations, distribution/logistics facilities, and corporate HR experience preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence leaders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to align people strategies with business goals across corporate, field/store, and distribution.
• Balance strategic planning with hands-on HR delivery across multiple sites.
• Oversee onboarding, growth, and retention across office, retail, and warehouse populations.
• Guide performance management and succession planning for hourly and salaried staff.
• Lead change management during growth, restructuring, or cultural shifts.
• Develop and administer HR programs including compensation, benefits, and employee relations.
