Based in our Charlotte hub with a hybrid schedule, you will shape workforce and talent strategies that drive organizational effectiveness and business performance.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in HR management or related role.
• Experience analyzing workforce data using Excel and HR analytics tools.
• Proven track record of HR business partnership and value creation.
• Experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and employee development.

Responsibilities

• Strategic HR business partner to ISC leaders to develop people strategies.
• Lead workforce planning, org design, and productivity initiatives.
• Drive talent management, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Coach leaders on employee engagement, culture, change management, and leadership effectiveness.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to develop staffing strategies and attract talent.
• Lead people strategy for transformations and change adoption.
