Job summary

Honeywell is seeking an experienced Communications Manager to join the Brand and Communications team supporting internal and external communications for the Process Technology business. This role will develop and execute internal programs that inform, engage, and inspire employees and help align external communications with corporate priorities.

You will report to the Sr Director of Process Technology Communications and work from our Charlotte, NC location on a Hybrid schedule.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of communications experience with a strong emphasis on internal communications, employee engagement and executive communications.
• Demonstrated experience developing and executing strategic communication plans for large organizations or business units.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for diverse audiences.
• Experience supporting senior leaders and developing executive-level communications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute internal communication strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Create engaging communication plans and campaigns to support leadership initiatives, organizational changes, employee engagement efforts, and key business milestones.
• Partner with senior leaders and functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency of messaging.
• Translate complex business and technical information into clear and compelling messaging.
• Manage and optimize communication channels and measure engagement and effectiveness.
