Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. in San Francisco is seeking a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to lead decision support for the US & Canada commercial organization, shaping revenue, margin and capital allocation.

You will drive forecasting, annual plans, and scenario analysis, partner with cross-functional teams, and champion AI and modern analytics to improve insights. The role is hybrid with in-office days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 12+ years of progressive FP&A, commercial finance, accounting or P&L management experience.
• Experience in retail, apparel, consumer products with understanding of revenue, margin, SG&A and working capital drivers.
• Experience leading finance teams through process, system or planning tool changes.
• Working knowledge of SAP and enterprise planning platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide decision support to US & Canada cluster leadership across subchannels and support strategic decisions with financial insight.
• Consolidate weekly, monthly and quarterly financial results and communicate performance drivers.
• Partner with subchannel finance leaders to review forecasts, plans and capital allocation decisions.
• Lead the Monthly Business Review process and support scenario analysis and plans to grow the business.
