Alicat Scientific is seeking a Senior Human Resources Specialist to support the full employee lifecycle for our U.S. workforce in Tucson, AZ.

This hands-on role focuses on employee relations, onboarding, benefits administration, compliance, and HRIS data management for on-site operations. You will partner with managers across manufacturing and corporate functions to improve HR processes, enable compliant practices, and scale our people programs as the company grows, while maintaining

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR generalist/specialist experience; manufacturing experience preferred.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for U.S. employees on HR policies and workplace concerns.
• Support managers with performance management, coaching, and documentation.
• Lead end-to-end recruiting, onboarding, and new hire transitions (90 days).
• Administer U.S. employee benefits programs and leave processes.
• Ensure compliance with federal and Arizona employment laws and maintain accurate HR records.
