Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited four-year college or university.
• 1.5 years of professional HR experience in recruitment, placement, examination, position classification, pay or wage administration, employee management relations and services, employee development, HR program development and services, labor relations, and HR research.
• Substitutions allowed as described in the Minimum Qualification Requirements.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Perform moderately difficult work of a technical nature in one or more HR functional areas (e.g., Classification and Pay; Recruitment, Examination and Placement; Training and Employee Management Training; Human Resources Administration Services; and Labor Relations).
• Provide HR administration services and support to employees and management.
• Assist with HR program development, training, and labor relations duties as assigned.
